Step 1: Product Design

  1. We understand trends/season and festival
  2. We brief our design to buyer
  3. Concept development
  4. Fair sketch
  5. Design in 3d
  6. Send design to buyer and their agents
  7. Take feedback from buyer and do needed changes
  8. We technically analyse design
  9. We make sample and send it to buyer

Step 2: Production

  1. Once the sample is approved by the buyer, we move forward with mass production.
  2. We ensure quality control during the production process to ensure that the final product meets all specifications and standards.
  3. We ensure to make the shortest lead time.
  4. Lowest cost for the customer.
  5. After production, we ensure all products move to the quality and testing department.

Step 3: Quality Check

1. Once mass production start we sent Quality reports to customers

A. In the Primary stage of production

B. In the Secondary stage of production

C. In the Final stage of production

D. We generate and share a fourth report of Quality if any feedback is received from customers.

2. We also accept third-party quality checks for complete transparency.

Step 4: Packing & Dispatch

At our company, we use only the highest quality international standard packing materials to ensure the safe transportation of your products. Our packaging experts take all necessary precautions to secure your product and prevent any damage during shipping.

In addition, we conduct drop tests on all of our packages to ensure that they are reliable and durable enough to handle rough handling during shipment. We will also be happy to share our drop test reports with you, so you can rest assured that your products will arrive in perfect condition.

Our shipping team carefully selects the appropriate shipping method and carrier that best meets your needs and preferences. We track the progress of each shipment and provide updates to you as needed, to ensure delivery within the estimated timeline.
